Shipping policy
- Our standard Free Delivery across GTA and nearby areas is 48-72 hours, and for other areas is within 1 week of placing the order. We reserve the right to delay delivery in case of supply shortages or operational delays. For delivery request made for a particular date/ time please make arrangement with our Customer Support 48 hours prior to actual delivery. Note: special delivery requests are at extra cost of $150 or above depending on location the delivery is requested at.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to narrow entrance, no returns can be accepted, we can only offer to deliver it at a different location with an additional delivery fee determined by the support staff at the time. The company is not responsible for damage to the product or property if the delivery inside house is requested by the customer.
- If you need to change your original delivery date, please contact us to re-schedule, allowing at least 24 hours notice . If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you're not home when our delivery team arrives, an additional delivery fee will be applicable before we can re-schedule. Pickup from our warehouse can be arranged with a prior approval to ensure availability of product. When your order arrives, please inspect the product carefully.
