90-Night Trial Experience your mattress or sleep accessory from for a generous 90 nights to ensure it suits your needs. If you decide to return your product, please initiate the return process between the 21st and 90th nights after its delivery. It's crucial to note that returns won't be accepted once the 90-Night Trial period has concluded. For initiating returns, head over to submit claim form for the issue you are submitting the claim to.

Order Cancellations and General Returns Before you start the return process or request a refund, reach out to us. To cancel your order, visit the Contact Us section and complete the form, ensuring you provide your Order Number.

Policies 90-Night Trial Our trial period begins on the day your item is delivered. You're entitled to return your mattress or sleep accessory in good condition between the 21st and 90th nights, with us covering all shipping costs. A full refund will be issued within two business days of confirming the pickup. Each household has the right to one 90-Night Trial. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, each product has its independent trial. Returning customers enjoy an additional 90-Night Trial on a new purchase, provided they completed their original trial without initiating a return. However, we reserve the right to deny a trial if a prior transaction involved returning a product. Foundations can be returned at any time during the 90-Night Trial but are subject to the fees outlined in the General Return Policy. Returned products must be in good condition; we won't accept tampered, misused, intentionally or unintentionally damaged, or unsanitary items. It's mandatory, using a mattress protector & keeping it in its original packaging during your 90-Night Trial.

Returning Your Mattress or Select Sleep Accessory Upon receiving your return request, we'll assist you in gathering the necessary information (including images of your product) and provide instructions on preparing your products for return. You'll need the original plastic wrap or any other protective covering for the pickup. While our aim is to have your product picked up within two business days after receiving the required information, it may take up to ten business days in some cases. Additional pickup charges may apply if the product has been moved from the original shipping destination or if the original destination is in a remote location. For more information, please contact us. On pickup day, ensure your mattress or accessory is ready on the ground floor of your house.

General Ordering Policy Merchant Verification Certain customers may be contacted via email for additional verification before their order is shipped. If additional verification is needed, shipment dates may be delayed until all required information is received. Add to your contacts and check junk folders for communication.

General Shipping Policy Weather Delays In case of delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions, we'll reach out to customers as soon as possible. For the latest updates on delays in your area, please visit or call the customer care team at (855) 237-9370.

Labour Strikes If labor strikes affect manufacturing or shipping, your product(s) might experience delays. We'll contact customers potentially affected by labor strikes as soon as possible.

General Return Policy Mattresses and Select Accessories: Platform Bed, Mattress Protector, Bamboo Sheets, Down Alternative Duvet, Pillows These products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unopened packaging, and has organized the return transportation. After 14 days, all returns must be made through our 90-Night Sleep Trial (see above). If you've ordered an incorrect size, will arrange a return, refund, and repurchase if your product is unopened. Additional delivery costs may apply. Third-party shipping expenses won't be reimbursed by Foundation Foundations not associated with a mattress purchase can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original, unopened packaging, and has organized the return transportation. Opened foundations not associated with a mattress purchase cannot be returned.

Pillow Protector, Sateen Cotton Sheets, Weighted Blanket Accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened, used, and/or out of their original packaging, accessories cannot be returned.

Adjustable Bed Podium adjustable beds can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Opened, used, and/or out-of-original-packaging Podium adjustable beds cannot be returned.

Returns must be coordinated with the customer service team before initiating the return process, and confirmation by our customer service team must be obtained before returning your product.

Metal Bed Frame Metal bed frames cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds Refunds are processed within two business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds are applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for refunds to be reflected on your financial records.

Promotional Offers Promotional offers, including gifts with purchase, product discounts, and two-for-one events, are valid until the indicated date and time or while quantities last. Offers will not be extended beyond the end date of the promotion for out-of-stock items. Discount codes automatically apply at checkout once all participating products are added to the cart. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Offers and/or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to any purchases made before the start date of the promotion. Unless otherwise indicated, there is no limit to the number of times an offer can be redeemed while the promotion is active. In the event of a return, refunds will be issued as described in the General Return Policy.

Contests and Giveaways Mattresses awarded through contests and giveaways are eligible for return within the 90-night trial period. However, no monetary refund will be issued, and no exchanges will be permitted. Our Customer Service team will collaborate with contest winners directly to arrange pickup and donation of returned mattresses. In the event of a product defect occurring within the 5/10/15-year warranty period (depending on the product), exchanges will be honored as subject to the terms of our Warranty policy.
